BlueTech Center is a newly started network from 2023 with a strong focus on the maritime industry and its implementation of robot and drone technology, among other things. We asked them to tell us more about the background of their partnership and their expectations for R-24.
– R-24 differs from other national and international robot fairs by focusing on the use of robot and drone technology across industries. Our members come from the maritime industry, and there is a huge untapped potential for the development and implementation of robot and drone technology. We have chosen to become a partner at R-24 to gain access to the tech-transfer opportunities that lie ahead, says Katarina Fruerlund Deylami, network manager from BlueTech Center, adding:
– We hope to work more closely with the various companies and organizations in the ecosystem to accelerate the development and deployment of robotics and drone technology in the maritime sector. We hope that by visiting R-24, our members can see the latest technology, gain experience from others who have developed or implemented it, and be inspired on how they can either develop a new robot or drone solution themselves or use robot or drone technology to automate processes in their business. In addition, we hope to bring knowledge to the robot and drone companies at R-24 about the needs of the maritime industry.
Meeting point for the maritime industry
BlueTech Center works to bring together the maritime industry on Funen around the development and implementation of blue and sustainable technologies.
They do this by facilitating networking across companies through activities, courses and thematic meetings and strengthening collaborations and partnerships between companies.
