Stand Prices

As an exhibitor you will find your stand in an industry devoted zone, which you will choose when booking your stand. This ensures that visitors and companies are easily able to find and explore areas of expertise and interest. Below you will find several options for stand size and build.

Pricing
Stand including walls to neighbour (min. 9-36 m2)                 DKK 1.595 / EUR 214 per m2
Stand without construction (+36 m2)                                          DKK 1.295 / EUR 174 per m2

Reservation Fee
Upon reservation or booking of a stand, a reservation fee of DKK 3.600 / EUR 484 must be paid.
The fee is non-refundable and not included in the stand pricing.

Attend as a Startup

As a startup you can enjoy a special discount and choose between two Startup Package options. To get more information and to qualify as a startup, please get in touch with our sales representative Jacob Grodt.

Stand of 4 m2 including walls, lights and 230 V plug              DKK 3.500 / EUR 470
No reservation fee

Startup Package 2
Stand of 9 m2 including walls, lights and 230 V plug              DKK 9.500 / EUR 1277
No reservation fee

All prices are ex VAT.

All Options Include

All pricing options include, with no extra charge:

• Stand hire for 3 fair days
• Extra days for construction and dismantling
• Logo and link to own website on the official website for R-24
• Access to the R-24 Event app – book meetings, see exhibitor list, read about speakers and much more
• The passing on of product announcements and press releases to relevant medias
• Electronic entry passes
• Free coffee, tea, water and fruit for stand staff at the exhibiter lounge

Wi-Fi
A free guest Wi-Fi connection will be available at the fair. However, this connection is not suited for streaming presentations or other more demanding use at your stand. If you need a stronger connection, you can order a personal Wi-Fi connection and/or a wired connection for your stand.
